Welcome to the DUPLAYS inaugural Night Cricket league. This league will host up to 6 teams on Wednesdays in an 8 week format. Enjoy playing cricket on one of the very few flood lit pitches in Dubai. Get your friends/colleagues together, form a team and sign up!

Sign up process:

If you’ve come to the website for the first time then Register/Loginwith duplays.com (top right corner) and then select the following options

Individual – sign up here if you don’t have a team and would like to be placed on one

Team – sign up here if you’re entering your own team into the league, we allow corporate as well as private teams. Captains please note that all your players must sign up online

Payment: There are no other fees other than the one advertised for Individuals as well as Teams. The following payment options are available:

Online (recommended)

Offline - Cheque/Cash on the first night of the league

Teams have a 2 week deadline to pay – after this period teams will either have their points deducted or be replaced by another team

Rule Highlights:

• Each team plays one game a week on Wedesday
• Duration: 1hr30mins
• 16 over match, each innings is 8 overs long
• Each team fields 8 players on the field, substituitions are allowed
• Timings 7pm-11pm
• Season is 8 weeks long,  top 2 teams on each day qualify for semi finals in Week 7, rest play friendlies
• Each team is guaranteed 8 matches in the season
• Surface:  Artificial turf, any footwear except metal studs are allowed 
• Pitch: size of an 11 aside football field, dimensions 120x66
• Hard ball used -- DUPLAYS provides game ball
• Teams/Individuals are expected to bring their own kits(bats,gloves,pads) 
• Helmets are highly recommended, DUPLAYS bears no responsibility if a batsmen chooses to bat without a helmet
• Games must start on time, teams will be docked 1 over for every 5mins by which the game is delayed
• A match will be a forfeit if a team is 15mins late
• Strictly No Smoking anywhere in the school premises, teams will be disqualified if they don't respect this rule
• Clear your garbage when you leave the field
