Welcome to the DUPLAYS Touch Rugby league. This league will host 30 teams between September - November 2010 in a 10 week format. Don't miss out on the action, get your friends/colleagues together, meet fellow rugby enthusiasts and compete for the title of DUPLAYS Touch Rugby Champions!

Sign up process:

If you’ve come to the website for the first time then Register/Loginwith duplays.com (top right corner) and then select the following options

Individual – sign up here if you don’t have a team and would like to be placed on one

Team – sign up here if you’re entering your own team into the league, we allow corporate as well as private teams. Captains please note that all your team mates must sign up online

Rules: Read the Rules section for specific details like duration, footwear, timings, etc

Payment:

The fees advertized are for playing once a week, note that signing up for multiple nights means paying for each separately. There are not other fees other than the one advertised for Individuals as well as Teams. The following payment options are available:

Online (recommended)

Offline - Cheque/Cash on the first night of the league

Teams have a 2 week deadline to pay – after this period teams will either have their points deducted or be replaced by another team

Umpire: All teams in this league have to provide a designated umpire who will either umpire the game before or after their own every week, umpires will be paid Aed 30/game. State the name of your umpire in the comments box. Contact touch.dxb@duplays.com if you have any questions/concerns

• 6 vs 6 Co-ed teams (minimum of 1 female on pitch at all times)
• Two games per night for each team 
• Game duration: 22-minute games (10 minute halves with 2 minute half time) 
• Each team plays back-to-back games or max 30 min interval between games 
• 6-touch 
• 1 pt is awarded, 2 pts for women
