Burn off those extra pounds before the extreme weather season.

The league runs for 10 weeks, including playoffs. This league will be kept to 12 teams per night to avoid late game starts!

NEW, 10-WEEK SEASON, INCLUDING PLAYOFFS!

• 6 vs 6 Co-ed teams (minimum of 1 female on pitch at all times)
• Two games per night for each team 
• Game duration: 22-minute games (10 minute halves with 2 minute half time) 
• Each team plays back-to-back games or max 30 min interval between games 
• 6-touch 
• 1 pt is awarded, 2 pts for women
