So dust off your cleats, find that old vintage Steelers jersey, get out your war paint, and come play some Monday night football with your fellow Abu Dhabi residents!

10-WEEK SEASON, INCLUDING PLAYOFFS!

Each team will get their own DUPLAYS team shirts. Although this league is a recreational league, that does NOT mean it isn't competitive! Last season had many hotly contested games and this season proves to me no different.

The amazing, perfectly-lit, grass fields at Zayed Sports City were IDEAL, so we are pleased to continue this league there. Join the fun and sign up!

• 7 vs 7
• 50 minute games (2 x 25 min halves) 
• 4 downs to the midfield, 4 downs to the end zone 
• Audible 4-thousand second count
• One blitz per set of 4 downs 
• One time out per half 
• Dead ball on ground 
• TDs = 6 pts, Extra Point = 5 yds back, Two-Point Conversion = 10 yds back, Field Goal = 15 yds back
• NO moving screens (once ball in play, you cannot block downfield & blindside your opponent)
• Running time. If teams are within 12 points of each other at second half two minute warning, stoppage time in effect
