DUPLAYS competitive indoor volleyball returns in March for a new season. We organize this mixed league in an excellent facility in Umm Suqeim 2 with two full sized courts. All equipment is provided.

Since this is a competitive league all teams have to play a round robin format to decide seeds on the first night of the season , the schedule is then decided accordingly, the most competitive teams play in the last hour.

Indoor Volleyball rules.

• Each team gets to play for 1 hour of play each night
• Each set is 25 points - rally point basis
• 8-week season.
• 6 players on the court and minimum of 2 females on the court at all times.
