Ok all you touch rugby fanatics! Come join one of our highly popular mixed touch comp nights in the New Year.

Both nights are aimed as social touch comps with Wednesday nights being a slightly higher level of play.

Burn off those turkey dinner and Chrismas dessert calories consumed over the holiday break!

The league runs for 10 weeks, including playoffs. This league will be kept to 12 teams per night to avoid late game starts!

Great field location in the heart of Umm Suqeim.

• 6 vs 6 Co-ed teams (minimum of 1 female on pitch at all times)
• Two games per night for each team 
• Game duration: 22-minute games (10 minute halves with 2 minute half time) 
• Each team plays back-to-back games or max 30 min interval between games 
• 6-touch 
• 1 pt is awarded, 2 pts for women
