YOGA focuses on flexibility, then strength.
DUPLAYS has an exclusive and private sector on the beach, perfect to wind down, feel the breeze and enjoy the sound of the waves.
This fantastic location is beaten only by our instructor, and nothing beats a session of yoga at the beach surrounded by tiki torches and the light sea breeze. Come down and enjoy the atmosphere in this co-ed class.
